About the warranty…

Every DRYFT is built to meet the toughest commercial cleaning challenges and undergoes a thorough quality inspection before leaving our facility, ensuring you receive a reliable and high-performing product. 

Whether under standard or extended coverage, DRYFT’s warranty reflects our commitment to delivering durable, precision-engineered machines designed to handle commercial cleaning with ease. 

Most faults can be rectified remotely, if you encounter any issues, send photos and/or videos of the fault to warranty@dryft-world.com and provide as much detail as possible. A member of our warranty team will guide you through a remote repair. 

If the fault cannot be rectified remotely, please follow the instructions in your manual and return the unit, carefully packaged with freight prepaid, to your original supplier. 

Your supplier will inspect the item and liaise directly with our warranty team. If the issue is caused by a defect in workmanship, assembly or materials, your supplier will repair or replace the unit without charge, with return freight prepaid. 

What’s covered by the warranty?

  • Covered against manufacturer defects. It is not covered against wear and tear, or damage through misuse or mistreatment.

  • Covered against manufacturer defects. These are not covered against wear and tear, or damage through misuse or mistreatment.

  • Covered against manufacturer defects. It is not covered against wear and tear or damage from harsh chemicals. 

  • Covered against manufacturer defects. It is not covered against damage from dropping or misuse. 

  • Covered against manufacturer defects. The head cover must be removed, and photos provided to substantiate the warranty claim.

    The warranty is voided if the machine has been used underwater.

  • Classed as consumable items and are therefore not covered under warranty.

    Over time the magnetic pad holder can wear and may increase the noise level of the machine when running; at this stage we recommend replacing the pad holder. 

  • Classed as consumable items and are therefore not covered under warranty. 

Your warranty will be void if you:

  • Make any unauthorised alterations to the product. Any repairs should be carried out under the strict communication from our warranty repair team.

  • Mistreat, mishandle or misuse the product. 

  • Submerge the product in water, or use under water.

  • Use third party accessories, e.g non-genuine floor pads.
